| 内容記述 | In this article, we show how to co-ordinate successful learning classes of Japanese Language for the native French speaking trainees who work for companies in Japan. They come to Kyoto University of Foreign Studies every week to have Japanese lessons for free. We present merits for the learners of Japanese and demerits for the students who teach Japanese. Because it is difficult for the students who aim to be a Japanese language teacher to have a practical training of teaching Japanese, they only have simulated lessons. As the learners of Japanese pay the fee of the lessons, they require high quality for each lesson. Therefore the lessons by a trainee are strictly prohibited. So the trainees are anxious about their technique and they lose confident being a Japanese teacher and easily give up being a Japanese language teacher. To solve this problem, we propose that to co-ordinate a Japanese language course by using company training. As the lessons by a trainee are free of charge, the students do not require high quality for each lesson. |
